Monday Hottie

Erick Thompson.
He is known in Victoria for being a newscaster. Not much more then that, but I think he's pretty handsome.
Gotta support the local talent ;)

Super Stache Saturday

Freddy Mercury.
A legend. And his moustache is just as legendary. Although it's hard to picture his moustache strutting the stage singing Bohemian Rhapsody. Then again... The Muppets just did it, so maybe it's not that hard to imagine.

I adore her. And the fact that she is stylish makes me love her more. Way to make it easy for me Kristen.

Retro Style

Hayden Panettiere.
Most well known for a little show called Heroes. I loved some of the roles she was in when she was younger, Remember The Titans was definitely one of them.
While I'm not the biggest fan of her currently, but I definitely love this photo of Hayden. So cute in her little outfit and hairstyle.

Monday Hottie

Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
Seriously love this guy. He was just on SNL this past week and did a great job there. The last movie I saw of his was 500 Days Of Summer. Such a great movie. And the clothes he wears in that movie are what I want my future husband to wear on a constant basis. Actually, I want my future husband to be JGL in 500 Days Of Summer.

Super Stache Saturday

Billy Burke.
I promise, this is the last Twilight themed entry for a while. But Billy has such a great moustache, I wanted to honour it today.
I went to see New Moon the other night and found myself taken back by his cozy looking lip broom. It's quite impressive actually, more impressive when it's about 10 feet wide on the movie screen. Thanks for your dedication Billy.

Ashley Greene.
Since it's Twilight mania this week I thought I would feature someone who I think will have a career much past the Twilight phase. She makes smart choices in film and fashion. Always looking stylish even when going to doctors appointments, she isn't afraid to try something new (like a bright clutch with her evening wear). Love the green with the black. Looking forward to seeing more from her in the future.

Retro Style

Emily Blunt.
She's one of my favourite actresses, has the sweetest accent and is engaged to my #1 hottie John Krasinski. To say I want her life is an understatement.
She has found fame in movies like The Devil Wears Prada and Sunshine Cleaning. Plus she can wear the heck out of some red feathers and a retro up-do. And those heels are to die for!

Monday Hottie

Robert Pattinson.
This kid has a lot going for him these days. Not only is he the most coveted vampire in the world, a quick Google search of his name brought up 17,200,000 related searches.
I figured since New Moon is coming out this week it was only fitting that he be today's M.H.
While I haven't read the books, I was young once and can understand what the big deal is with this guy. I'm partial to the accent... not so much the eyebrows ;)
Happy Monday.

Bake Sale :) This was halfway through the day, and to start we had about triple the amount!

Okay, so technically today isn't Saturday but I just ran out of time yesterday and my moustachio'd guests are too great to wait another week.
It's actually me and my 2 wonderful friends Jen and Allegra. Since it's Movember (during the month of November, gents grow moustaches to show their support for prostate cancer) we had a bake sale! We can't grow moustaches so we had a moustache themed pastry sale with cookies, cupcakes and rice krispy squares. In total we raised just shy of $350. I was so impressed with our culinary (and sale) skills!
If you want to support our Movember team (Mo-Jangles) further please visit our website, linked here. All proceeds go towards finding a cure for prostate cancer.
Moustaches Forever!

Kate Winslet.
Beautiful, stunning Kate Winslet. She grew up right in front of our eyes. Starting out as Rose from the Titanic (with Leonardo DiCaprio), she's been breaking hearts ever since.
Especially around award season. No matter what, she always looks impeccable. I'd love to see this woman dress badly, I don't think she can.
Hope to see more from Kate very soon.

Erik Johannson.
This gent from Sweden has such an imaginative way to look at things, it blows my mind. Take a browse through his website and you'll see what I mean.

Retro Style

Kristen Stewart.
She doesn't need much of an introduction as to who she is. I first remember seeing her in Panic Room as Jodie Fosters daughter, but she's blossomed into the swan known as Bella from Twilight.
Cute getup in this picture, but it seems more like a halloween costume then retro fashion.

Movie Titles

Well, I tried and tried to embed a video onto the page, but it wouldn't let me. I just couldn't figure it out. So instead I'm sharing the link with you.
Famous Movie Titles said by characters in the movie. Enjoy! It's pretty funny.

Monday Hottie

Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
Let me count the reasons I love JDM. First Denny on Grey's Anatomy and second William in PS I Love You and third Denny on Grey's Anatomy... It's just not fair to the other men in this world how insanely good looking he is.

Rachel McAdams.
Probably one of my favourite actresses in this world... and solely because of The Notebook. Just kidding, but she was amazing in that movie.
A Canadian girl that represents Canada well. She changes her hair colour as much as she changes her roles, and she wears the heck out of a winter coat.
Her latest role was in the Time Travelers Wife, which was yet another tearjerker. I know now to bring kleenex to every movie she is in. Love her.

Retro Style

Rachel Taylor.
An Australian actress and model, her most well known roles in North America have been in the movies Shutter and Transformers.
This is probably my favourite picture out of all of them so far. How cute is she with her curled hair and ice cream? I just adore the sweet little sleeves on her top too.

Monday Hottie

Happy Monday everyone. Today's entry is from Mark Ruffalo.
I definitely fell for this guy when he played Matty in 13 Going On 30 with Jennifer Garner. Since then he has appeared in Zodiac, Where The Wild Things Are and the upcoming Shutter Island with Leonardo Dicaprio.
Definitely looking forward to seeing more of him in the future.
