She grew up in the limelight but, like Mandy Moore, her quick rise to fame hasn't changed her much. But one thing that has grown up with her is her fashion sense. Her hair colour changes as often as her clothes, but she manages to look beautiful no matter what.

This is one starlet that I really enjoy hearing about, and look forward to more from her in the future.

Not only did she just celebrate her 10 year anniversary to David Beckham, but the original style envy queen did it in (what else) style.

Victoria Beckham is probably one of the most largely talked about celebs (besides Lady Gaga) for the clothes she wears on an everyday basis. I mean, come on, how friggen stylish is that to wear high heels while you watch your kids play soccer? That's something I envy. Being able to chase after your kids in 4 inch platforms. Jealous! I can barely walk in them. I guess having a 95 lb frame helps.
