Hilary Duff.She grew up in the limelight but, like Mandy Moore, her quick rise to fame hasn't changed her much. But one thing that has grown up with her is her fashion sense. Her hair colour changes as often as her clothes, but she manages to look beautiful no matter what.
This is one starlet that I really enjoy hearing about, and look forward to more from her in the future.
