Hi Laura...I was looking for pictures of the Secret World of Og and came across your site. I liked the same book as well, it was always a fun read. I stayed in Victoria for two months, it was a good, productive time...anyways, I just wanted to let you know.

ReplyDeleteI love the Secret World of Og, glad to know there's others out there who appreciate it as much as I do. I'm pretty sure I have a copy of that book somewhere, I might dig it out tonight and have a flip through it.
Why were you in Victoria, if you don't mind me asking. I've lived here my whole life and love hearing stories of people visiting or moving to my hometown.
I took a look through your blog and love that you're writing a novel and some short stories. I'm always so fascinated by up and coming writers because they're so creative, and it's something that I wish I was more skilled at doing.

I was in Victoria to visit my dad back in 2005. I stayed for a couple of months. I'd never been out to the West Coast before that. And it was in Victoria that I started writing seriously, so I'll always remember the area for that reason.
